Membership dues for Delta Kappa Epsilon can be paid monthly, semesterly, or by setting up a payment plan with our treasurer. Understanding fraternity expenses is essential for all members, especially when considering chapter house living costs. Dues are approximately $3,250 per semester for freshmen, around $3,000 per semester for sophomores and juniors, and about $1,750 for seniors with senior status. These dues include: Social events (Swaps, Date Parties, and Parties) and a weekly meal plan (Lunch and Dinner Monday-Thursday and Lunch on Fridays). Other optional obligations include the New Orleans Formal in the spring, T-Shirts for events, and a one-time $500 initiation fee for new members once initiated.

Typically, 32 members from the sophomore pledge class enjoy chapter house living each year at the DKE House. Rooms are generally doubles, but in certain instances, members may opt to pay for a solo room if there are extras available. The cost of living here is $5,200 for the entire year, along with a one-time security deposit of $480, provided your room remains undamaged. Amidst the rising rental rates in Oxford, the DKE House offers a reasonable rental fee that helps to manage fraternity expenses while providing the convenience of on-campus living. Some of the amenities include:
- Designated parking spots on campus
- Convenient location to classes and university buildings
- Built-in closets in each room
- Two study rooms in the House
- Four sets of washers and dryers
- Outdoor basketball court with furniture and grilling equipment.
